Wave Cyber and Shengjian Technology Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On August 18th, Wave Cyber(Shanghai)Co.,Ltdand Shanghai Shengjian Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Mr. Xie Jianxin, Chairman of Wave Cyber, and Mr. Zhang Weiming, Chairman of Shengjian Technology, along with relevant representatives from both parties, attended the signing ceremony. Guided by the principles of leveraging their respective strengths, mutual benefit, and joint development, the two parties will launch and deepen "comprehensive, multi-level, and wide-ranging" strategic cooperation in areas such as technological synergy and industrial collaboration.

According to the agreement, the two parties will fully leverage Wave Cyber's advantages in technological innovation, certification and qualifications, production processes, and product systems, as well as Shengjian Technology's strengths in core technology accumulation, industry coverage, and production capacity layout. The collaboration will focus on promoting the application of membrane separation technology in areas such as semiconductor green recycling, chemical recovery and regeneration, green facility management, new energy, project incubation, and international market channels. Ultimately, the cooperation aims to achieve complementary advantages and mutual benefit, further enhance operational efficiency, reduce operational costs, improve core competitiveness, implement market expansion strategies, capture market share, create greater commercial value for both parties, and foster their common development.
